Due to the ongoing rise in numbers of Covid 19 cases, we have decided to suspend club meetings until early February.
As it stands right now we would return on Thursday, February 3, 2022. At that time we will reassess the situation.
CMU is closed this week, so there will be no club play on Thursday, December 30.
See you back in the new year (pending any new COVID restrictions).
Club play has now resumed Thursday evenings at CMU with a few changes due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety measures implemented by the club and the host venue:
Canadian Mennonite University, where we meet every Thursday night, is closing their buildings to the public until April 15th due to COVID-19. You can read their press release here.
As such, the Winnipeg Scrabble club will not be meeting at CMU until at least that date. We will post an update here once regular club resumes.
